Keep the conversation going...

1. Table Question:
What’s a specific area in your life where you’d like to move from surviving to thriving? What might it look like to experiment with moving through the fear?

2. Journal Prompt: Write a few sentences describing what happens when fear shows up for you. When you’re experiencing fear, how do you respond? Write out an ideal action plan to meet the fear so that the next time fear arises you have actionable self-care waiting in the wings.

3. Action Step: Identify something about yourself to celebrate. Whether it’s an accomplishment (nothing is too small!) or a quality that you love—come up with a simple (or bougie!) way for you to celebrate you. The more you celebrate yourself, the more expansive your capacity to celebrate others becomes—those capacities are deeply interconnected.
